Hello all!

Not many of you know, but least year I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Recently, it’s gotten bad enough that I oftentimes cannot walk, or when I can it’s incredibly painful.

I was able to buy a secondhand, hospital style wheelchair a few months ago, and already it’s greatly improved my quality of life. I can go out after work to hang out with my friends, I have energy to cook and eat, and my mood has risen as my pain has dropped. However, the wheelchair I have currently is meant for indoor, short term use, and is falling apart. This upcoming year I’m doing a second year of service, making ~$1000 a month painting murals in schools, packing teacher kits, making kits for homeless students, etc. After my rent (~$600), saving for college (~$200) and bills, I have very little left over, and every dollar of it is going towards this chair. I’m even limiting myself to only my EBT for my food. My insurance will not cover one unless I absolutely cannot walk otherwise, and since it’s painful for me but possible, I have to pay for it myself.

The generosity of humankind has been shown to me before, and I know it’s still there. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated, I’m willing to promote blogs, write for you, do tarot/rune readings, or send you a little picture of a bee in the mail with a handwritten note if you send me a screenshot of your donation.

I am open to all questions, inquiries, etc. A breakdown of costs and more details are in the link. This is incredibly urgent, and will help me next year, and through college.
